Video Card Recommendation

I have a computer that I want to use to stream movies from the computer to my TV. The video card it currently has does not have an HDMI port like my tv so I want to update the video card so that I can hook the computer to the TV via HDMI. Just have a few questions.

1. If i connect the computer to the tv via HDMI that will allow both picture and sound to play through the tv correct?(currently running DVI to HDMI so picture is on tv but sound still has to come from computer speakers.)

2. What would be a decent video card that matches this MB that has HDMI? Once again all this computer will be used for is internet and streaming movies from computer to tv.

1) yes. HDMI outputs both video and sound

2) what is your budget? If this is your sole purpose, any video card with hdmi input will do
just fine.
If you want to do things like games, you'll want a bit of power.

Budget I would like to keep under 100-150 and no gaming. I have a gaming computer. this is strictly for movies from computer to tv. Just wanted a few suggestions that will match up with my current MB I listed.
