Video Card Recommendation?

hello im a new user and thank you in advance

my computer specs :
HP Pavilion a6150e
processor: aMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10 ghz
RAM: 4 gb
64-bit windows 7
450 power supply
right now i have a Geforce GT 610 1gb which i got for 44$
it plays HD VIDEO 1080p just great but when playing games like Team Fortress 2 it lags playing medium settings.
it also lags playing Bloon Defense 5. ( sad to say )
and i have to play counter strike source in med for it not to lag

i use my computer mostly for hd video / editing.
and im a light gamers (team fortress , left 4 dead 2 , cs )

my budget on a card is 60$
what do you guys recommend ?

I would firstly recommend you letting us know what exact 450W PSu you have (model and make)

I wouldn't go over something like a hd 7770 when upgrading in your case, because anything more powerful than that will be bottlenecked by your cpu. And as said before, it's important which psu you have.
