video card recommendation

hey guy's, told a buddy I would ask what video card would some of you folks recommend. The games that he plays - league of legends & assassins creed black flag.

budget is $100 US

any replies would be appreciated.

btw, he is running a cpu overclocked to 3.7ghz
 
What Power Supply Unit does he have? Model number would be best.

The reason I ask, is that if he has a OEM low quality one (that might be fine for his previous needs), then that may need to be updated with (any) gpu upgrade.

Both overclock well. But make sure he has a sufficiently good PSU, otherwise it will end in tears.
