Video Card software problem..

I've installed the drivers for my new video card successfully, but the software keeps encountering a problem..

That is one of the problem screens that I get.. Any Ideas?

PS.. It's a Sapphire ATI Radeon X1550

uninstall CCC + drivers, then install Windows Update to get the latest .net stuff, then reboot and reinstall drivers again.
