Video Card Suggestions?

Hi guys, I just want to replace my old video card so that I could play some decent games. I prefer ATI. My budget is around 70$-80$. Any suggestions on what brand (MSI, Asus, Powercolor etc.) should I buy? And what model also? Thanks.

Thats around 90$ - 95$. Im a little bit short on budget. My limit is only 80$.
Ive got an Orion 600W PSU. Is this enough
