Video card temperature

What is the average temp of a fan-cooled 7600 GT under gaming load??? when idle??? becuase mine runs at 60-63 celsius when idle!!!!!!

thats pretty normal :) look in the drivers.. the slowdown temp is about 120*C or so :) dont worry too much about it
 
Eh.... I beg to differ.... Most cards shut off usually at 100C-110C...... Temps that around 70-80 C at idle are temps you should worry about, because that means they're going to flux at 20-30C.... The higher the idle temp the more it usually tends to flux.....
 
Take a duster and blow the heatsink fan out, it might lower the temp by a few degrees. As for my card, it usually idles at around 45, and fluxes to 75max during gaming, as i use a fanless cooler.
 
I love my Zalman.... it idles around 46-50 and peaks around 60-65C I think.....
Seriously, if you got $30 laying around, get the Zalman that I got because it's cheap and works extremely wel...

The shutoff for mine is 125.
 
Heh..... It must vary by card cuz mine shuts off at 110C...... well maybe i was wrong.... OK, they usually shut off at 110-120C.....
