Ok so i have an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 (from what ive been told its not very good) and (i beleive its onboad) but correct me if im wrong... NOW... if i wanted to purchase a new video card, because this one doesnt have tv out.. could i still use the radeon for the tv tuner aswell as the new video card with the tv out... or would i have to buy one with both tv tuner and tv out ?....
also will buying a new video card affect the sound at all ?

sorry im not really pc savy...

If you buy another Video card you must disable the first in bios (given it is onboard). You can run one of those each at a time. You could also buy a tv tuner, if you wanted it for TV in purposes...

What do you want to do? Just TV out?

The graphics card will not affect the sound.
Are you sure that you are using the ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 as a tv-tuner(watching tv on your pc)?Because I think that it has only TV-OUT...
Well,it doesn't matter,if you want to play games and watch movies on your TV,you need a graphics cards with TV-OUT.IF you dont' have a TV and you want to watch tv-channels on your pc,you need a TV-Tuner card.
Hope I helped :)

You don't have to disable it in BIOS, you just select it as your primary through windows. It would be an easy upgrade.
