Video card upgrade + monitor?

What is the best reasonably priced video card I could upgrade this computer to?
And what is the largest size monitor/resolution it could accommodate while still running reasonably well for games/etc. both with a new video card and with the one it currently has (ATI Radeon HD 5450).

1.The PSU on that PC will not support 2 cards , that is the the current HD 5450 + the new card you will get and also the motherboard only has 1 PCI Express x16.

2.The CPU might act as a bottleneck even if you manage to upgrade the PSU.

So I would not recommend adding another GPU,though you can sell off your current GPU and get a new one, but I wouldn't risk it on your current PSU.
