i dont have a video card port but i see that you can get ones that fit in a regular pci port and i was wondering would it be worth it like would it make my computer speed up at all like by taking some strain off the processor

Not really, those cards are extremely old, and it wouldn't really take any strain off the processor. It wouldn't be worth buying one IMO.

video cards are generally used for gaming.. processing pixels on your screen. its really a lot different than your cpu.

my on boared is so shity i can put a viedo in fool screen and i love watching bootleg viedos on the internet my comp isnt fast enough to game so would it be good enough to watch fullscreen viedos and there is a bad *** one from nviadia gforce and its has 248mb for like 30 bucks

I'm just gonna tell you now that you can get yourself banned really fast, by even mentioning bootleg software or files of any kind here. Just a heads up.
