Video clip play at startup

I want a program to play a video clip at startup, just before the desktop image shows up on my user account. How can I do that?

I'm using windows xp.

As far as I know, only vista plays the "windows energy" before the logon screen.

yep, but i want it after logon screen, just before showing the desktop image.
Is there any program to do that?

Also, I want to use my own video clip, not the Windows Energy animation.

yep, but how do i make wmplayer to exit automatically after playback is done?
And how do I make it not show the playback controls?
