Video clips into individual Frames.

hi all,

does anyone know of a software program that can turn video clips into individual frames? and you can save those frames as .jpeg's or any other image type? I would really like one please. i am want to be able to convert mp4s, mpeg, avi, and wmv.

i think windows own movie maker can do that..lol..im not really sure but try it.or just use any movie editing software maybe Nero vision..lol...hope it helps
