Video Converter for Iphone 4

Hi!
I tried Videora Iphone 4 Converter but it doesn't works! It converts the movies and videos in MP4 but when I sync my Iphone, it tells me the Iphone can't read it... Is there somebody who knows a free converter that will work and give a great resolution and sound?

while a tad complicated, Mediacoder works for me. Just make sure you use the mp4 container and the h.264 codec for video and lc-aac for audio and your good to go. I'd go a bit deeper and adjust resolution and such as well.
