Video Converters???

I have a WMV file that I would like to convert to a DVD file (with .vob files etc) so that I can use nero and burn it so that it can be played in DVD players. I'm looking for a good video converter that will enable me to do this...
Anyone got any ideas?

I use WinAvi Video Converter and it works pretty good. You can download a trial version here: http://www.winavi.com/

That can convert any video file into DVD.
