SUPER is probably one of the best (not to mention the fact that is the only one I've used)
It can even convert DVR-MS (with no sound)
You just put in a valid audio/video file and it tries to convert as best as it can.
You ca also find it on download.com, but a video about someone beating super mario bros 3 appears before it...
