does anyone know a good video editing program for windows XP?
i need to edit some large video files on my comp to save space and want to save certain parts of the videos. thank you.
 
u r calling for such a long and huge program, but I could tell u that the Windows Movie Maker is the simplest one,it comes with the WIn XP
 
Windows Movie maker is quite good for a free program, but what format are the movie, avi, mov, wmv, etc. It makes a difference in what you need and can use.

Get the ability to record or capture as mpeg4 [codecs]for better and smaller size.
Give XP Movie maker a try.
Go to download.com /Multimedia section.
Search the web.
I gave up its too much trouble to edit. :mad:
 
i made slideshow type thinsg with it, just pics tho. but its nice to be able to add music and efects and transitions
 
So its not video then

I did this many years ago and it can be done with pictures.
Please go to download sights for Multimedia software.
Stand by as i recall.
