video from CPU?

Okay guys, this may sound stupid, but basically, I'm not too bright. I have an Asrock H67M mobo in my computer. Its specs state that it does not have an onboard video chip; however, the mobo does have a VGA/DVI and HDMI port. I've been told that my Intel Core-i7 2600K processor has HD 3000 graphics. Does this mean I can run this mobo without a videocard? Its okay to laugh, but please answer my question.

Yes, the cpu has onboard graphics. Should just be able to hook up the monitor to either hdmi or vga and get video.
