OK, I took a bit of Video today, and just went to e-mail it and got the following message window.

This message could not be sent.
There is not enough memory.

It is only 282 MB on a 700 MB disc. I have sent much bigger stuff on many occasions. Can somebody tell me what to do?
I have Windows 8, with Windows Live Mail installed for ease of use.

Why in God's name would you email something that big? You're better off uploading it to YouTube, making it unlisted, and emailing the link to people.
 
Generally you can't email files over 25MB, depending on the email provider. If you have large files, you are much better off uploading it to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, etc. and emailing them the link to download it.
 
Thanks everybody, over the years I have had and sent heaps of e-mails with heaps of photos and stuff but didn't realise that videos are so much more encompassing. After this lesson I will smarten up my act.
