Video Memory

I have a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator on my laptop. It has only 8mb of memory going to it and I was wanted to up to to the max of 128mb. I cant find any place in the BIOS to change it. Does anybody know any way to send more memory to my video card?

For some reason I was thinking some of those intergrated intel video chipsets dynamically bumped the allocated memory up... But I'm probably wrong.

Either way, beleive me, it won't make a difference. RAM doesn't help your video performace nearly as much as the actual GPU would. You're better off to allocate as little as possible to give windows and other programs more room to work.

The reason why i want to bump it up is for the Marvel UA game. It loads just fine but the characters are just showing up as shadows.

I seriously doubt that'd help any... Specifically, what's the brand and model of your laptop and what video card do you have? Maybe there will be something online about it.

Are you sure that's correct? I'm not finding anything on google about that model... I did find one thing about a MA6(M465E), but it had a Radeon x1400 in it.

Unless the laptop came with a graphics card, there is no way to upgrade to another one.
