Video or image on XP home startup??.........

ok, i have the 20th century fox music play at startup insted of the default windows sound, i want to have a video play i a small window in the center of the
screen in sync with the music, is there any way to have a video play, if not, how can i have a image show for about 15 seconds, i know it can be done, some programs have a logo or something that shows up in the middle of the screen when the computer starts up (like rage3dtweak, if you have it you know what i mean) how can i do this?

thelogo that starts up with windows is called a splash screen. this is for thr program that loads. if you load certain other programs they too have splash screens, its not just at the begginning of windows.

place the picture you want in start>programs>startup
