video ot moniter problem. help!!!

right now i am building a computer. everything is hooked up right and all the fans and the hdd is spining. the problem is that when i turn the computer on the video wont go to the moniter. there is nothing wrong with the moniter because it works with other computers. can someone help me?
 
Did you try the integrated video without the video card installed? befcause that may be messing it up.
