Video Watermarking

Hey everyone. I wondering if someone will help me out with this one. I'm looking for a fast and easy way to watermark a lot of videos for youtube. I know that you could do it in Sony Vegas but that takes like 5 minutes per video. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've been using iWisoft Free Video Converter for the last couple years. It does text and picture type watermarks on videos really easily. The quality is top notch too.

It converts video too, but I only use it for watermarking my videos. I prefer Format Factory for all my converting needs.
