Videocard running slow?

Hello, My Radeon x1600xt has been running very slow lately. I have been running F.E.A.R with maxxed settings at 1024x768 with over 60 frames per second. My FPS is now dropping to the lower 20s. My PC is very clean.

Have you changed any settings? It can be that you accidentally changed some of the quality settings or some background program is hogging the resources.
