Videos appear with low contrast!!

Well recently i have been facing a problem with windows. All videos are played with low contrast ( they have this grey cover). This happens with any video player. I think i have deleted an file with hijack this, since it probably started after i scaned my pc.
So is there any way to fix this?

Well, sine nobody replied, i formated my pc again, and i still have the problem. I downloaded other videos and they have the same problem too. So now all my videos show with a low contrast type of way, except for 3 or 4 which are cam recorded.
It seems to be a hardware problem.....so what do you think it might be? I really need help.

Well the monitor is not old. Moreover why should just videos appear like that if its from the monitor?
 
Well, i finally solved the problem. It was just the nvidia driver that i had downloaded, it wasn't a good one.
