Videos buffer slowly

Hey, for about the past 2 weeks any internet video/movie buffers extremely slowly. I spend more time waiting for the video to load than watching it. It's very annoying and makes watching videos almost impossible. This applies to youtube, news, megavideo, or sports game. I haven't changed anything with my internet connection, haven't installed any programs, etc... Any solution? Thanks
 
Defrag your hard drive, clean up your files, and do some general maintenance. check for viruses and make sure your internet isn't capped :D
 
Hello

To buffer you tube videos faster you used view only with one site with your speed. if you're opening 4 or5 site at the time when videos buffer will result in time delay.

the software i prefer for videos is dap( download accelerators ), i found this before few months when i am suffering as you. you can download this software from a search in Google
