Viewing my TV on my PC

Do any of you know if there is some way I can connect my PC to my TV screen so I can view my computer stuff on my TV?

My friend found a way but I never asked him and he just moved :(

Any help would be appreciated :)
 
and then more than likely you will need to get a converter from S-Video to coaxial, or RCA which ever your TV has... RadioShack should have something that will help you out there... :)

Your post asked about tv to pc,which is it ?
Good video cards have either rca or svga out to tv.(N America)
Good tv's have both inputs,so you probably won't need a converter,but it's not that great.svhs to svhs is the best though.
I have a PVR box and connect my cable tv to my PC via usb2.

i have the same converter that hes talking about, my comp has svideo out but my tv has no svideo so it goes in through rca, works for movies perfectly but u cant play games or use the internet b/c u cant see the words for some reason, its all out of focus, and its not my tv, ive tried it on about 4

most tv's do not have svideo, on the high end ones

its because the resolution on tvs is to low to read the writing. its is fine.......if you stand back alot

woweee! i never head of a s-video to coaxial! sweet! im gunna get meself one of those!
 
I hate my radio shack the manger is a #$&@'n moron! i asked him if he had any dvi to vga adapters and hes like no those dont exist! lmao what a moron. he wouldnt belive me that they existed. hes all like no dvi is totaly digital and vga is analog... well not dvi-f mr manager!! meh he just pissed me off
