Alright, I have some trouble with the vibration I'm getting with my subwoofer. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, in fact it could just be the mouse itself, but anyways here's what's happening:

While I'm jamming to some music or playing some games, the vibration from my subwoofer and speakers are creating my mouse (Coolermaster Sentinel Advance Twin Laser Gaming Mouse) to move the cursor up or down on the screen on it's own. And at first it was fine, but when I'm trying to snipe and blow someone's head off, I need that precision with every shot, and I usually make his life flash before his eyes rather than killing him... it gets rather annoying. Rather than returning the mouse right away, I thought I'd ask for some help.

I don't know if it's my mouse that is too sensitive, or maybe there's a way to decrease the vibration. My speakers are beside my monitor, and my mouse is just as close. Then my subwoofer is on the carpet below.

Please Help!

Thanks,
Adam

The base is shaking the table. Turn it down and rule out the subwoofer as the problem before blaming the mouse.

It is the bass tat is causing it. You need to turn it down as the unit can only take a certain pitch. Te cheaper the sub the less quality you will get from it.

Hope this helps *

What type of mouse pad do you have the mouse on? (If any) Perhaps getting one with a more cushioned surface will help reduce some of the vibrations... Oh, and also try moving the sub around a little under the desk, it may help to reduce some of the vibrations transmitted to the desk...
