virtual drives?

well you right click on the demon tools icon in your task bar, then move on to mount unmount image or similar to that then browse to the image file saved on your hard drive select it ,
thats it ,
now play with your virtual drive as you like

does it remember where it's at when you store in virtual drive?
 
Yes, it remember ur last path, and it also has an automount feature, which mounts the last image automatically when u startup windows.
 
I think u are using daemon tools lite version. The pro version has got features, that u wont need if you are intending to just mounting a disc image. I am using daemon tools lites for years, and got no problem and lack of features.

Well u can check and compare the features here. It offers a 20 days trial version for the pro version, but I doubt, u will ever need that.
 
i have an image file thats 7.8gb.

iso image? needs to be put onto disc.

they dont make 8gb dvd do they?

thats why i got daemon tools pro trial.

any suggestions?
