I was wondering if there is a way to have a virtual graphics card on your hard drive..i have no grapics card and i am desperate..so plz tell me if it is possible.

There is no such thing. Sometimes there's an option for "software rendering" but it's tremendously slower than even the slowest graphics accelerators.

Did you really think that through before asking? If you don't have a video card, how do you expect to connect your monitor to your computer?

on the last series of the gadget show on five, they had a monitor that plugs into your usb port and use software to generates the images, cant play games though, just normal use and some videos,

He probably doesn't think of on-board graphics as a video card.
