Virtual Machine and Virtual Box problems :/

I am having problems installing XP SP3 on any virtual machine software. I am using ISO image and during installation I get error saying some of the files are missing, I am using Win7 64Bit.
 
does it give you the name of these files, or does it just say: 'files missing' ?

i'm guessing you slipstreamed sp3 on the os disk? if so your iso may be incomplete/damaged.

have you tried doing a stand-alone install from this iso (burn to disk) ??
 
I've tried two different ISOs. On I copied from my pen drive and one that is still on the pen drive. I used the same ISO to install about 2 months ago, when I had Vista. There are lots of files missing, cmos.ram is one I can remember. I tried to download XP Mode for Win7 but it is gonna take 19 hrs to dwonload, thanks to Microsoft 8kb/s speed......
