virtual memory too low Playing CSS

lately ive been laging alot, I lag on some servers more than others .could it be because of the few programs i have added ? i added 4 antivirus programs.

Do i have enough memory ?
Physcial memory:
total memory=252656 K
available=76000 K
System Cache:133860 K

ram=256
 
you dont have enough ram with or without the 4 antivirus programs for you purposes. generally 1GB or ATLEAST 512mb of ram is a standard for gaming, 256 isn't enough. Ofcoruse adding 4 antivirus programs isn't helping your situations as they are probably hogging alot of system resources. I would suggest that you get a stick of 512mb or 1gb of memory, as it should help alot. Also, post up the rest of your specs, they might be limiting you too.
 
Just read it of your front PC tower, if its not there than try start/control panel/system. That should bring up the System properties window. just look through General and Hardware/Device manager
