virtual memory warnings

i keep getting warning that my virtual memory is low and windows is going to increase it, what does this mean :confused:

how much system ram you have, what windows, and what programs do you have running when you see this. ALso check your PF usage and tell me what that at. I trying to determine if you just doing more then the ram in your computer can handle or do you got lots of malious programs(memory leaks, spyware, adware) that sucking up ram. Also you can try to increase the virtural memory setting on your computer.
