UGH!!! This laptop is going get thrown out the window. It won't let me delete MBAM, saying...Cannont delete mbamext.dll:Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

Just tried doing the safe mode/safe mode with networking...I then had to click to run it on the Windows XP..it then came to a black screen with alot of stuff being scanned or brought up..Then a blue screen came up saying a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..etc

OK... lets use a different tact.

click on start > run and type in

msconfig

clik on the "startup" tab and uncheck everything then reboot your pc.

Try installing mbam, and running the scan.

Yea must be because in the bottom right corner were that darn windows police pro symbol is, it has a message saying it has a worm.

Try this.

Download MBAM again.

Before you download it. Rename mbam-setup.exe to:

scan.com

you must do this before it is downloaded.

Once downloaded try running the scan.

Ok I will try that...A little update..The laptop had icons on it before/half were the right ones/half were the porn crap, now there is absolutely nothing.

Ok, I just went to download the MBAM again, it popped up, I clicked saved, and while I was typing scan.com a blue screen popped up and is staying up. It says:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The problems seems to be caused by the following file: SPCMDCOM.sys
Page_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
and other stuff

Ok so when I download it on another computer, do I just put a normal blank CD in? Also how to I get it on the CD? Man I feel dumb.

Do you have a flash drive available to use? Can you borrow one? Download combofix on it and transfer it to the infected computer. Run it and see if it will scan your system.

Get it here and follow the directions that are on the page.

If it works then post the log that it displays at the end. You may have to run this in safe mode.

Well my mom decided that we will drop the laptop off at a family friend who runs his own computer company. I'll inform you guys what all happend.

I do want to say a BIG thanks to nobbly niblets for answering me almost instantly.
