NOD32 prompted me that it found a virus in "C:\System Volume Information\" because it doesn't appear in my C: HDD I tried accessing it through "Run", it said something like "Access Denied" (I'm logged as admin), whats in this folder?

The System Volume Information folder contains all of your system restore points. If you are going to scan your computer for viruses it is necessary to turn off system restore and reboot your computer first. The reason being is that virus's love to hide in the System Restore points. The reason for this is that Windows does not let any virus scanner check System Protected files, which is what is contained in the Sysatem Volume Information folder. After the reboot and scan then you can turn System Restore back on and make yourself a brand new restore point.

The syystem restore is actually kept off here to avoid providing that type of hiding spot for viruses and other types of malwares. A program call SetPoint will automatically create a new setpoint each day at startup along with allowing you to create any number of new ones manually at any time. That can be a big help when you are trying to get rid of all traces of an infection. For a look at SetPoint and a list of other XP tools, http://www.easydesksoftware.com/down.htm

Right off of the Start menu you go to Accessories\System Tools\System Restore and wait for the pop up window to appear. On the left side you will see a link for the system restore settings. That is where you go to turn on or off the creation of new restore points. It's a quick trip in there for either.
