Virus in my other drive.

I recently formatted, installed fresh copy of XP onto my C drive. Then today I decided to scan my computer for viruses, non found in the C drive. But had heaps of viruses in my D drive. Which were all installations of programs + keygens. Does this mean I'm infected? Or I'm only infected if I have clicked on them?

when

When I saw the word "keygen", I decided to leave this for a moderator to deal with. But that's just me. If you didn't know, keygens are for illegal purposes and very against the rules to mess with here.

Your best bet is to get rid of all the programs that you use keygens for and purchase the software legally. Once you run an anitivirus and it sees infections within keygens it will delete those files. Save any personal data on that drive and then format it.

That's not what I asked, but thanks.

The thing is lets say I have an infected program that I just got, but I haven't clicked it yet, I just scanned it to see if it has a virus. It comes up Trojan. Does that mean my computer is infected, or it just a warning that the program is infected?

It means whatever it scanned, its infected and if you run it then you will infect your system.

I know my last comment isn't what you asked but since you said you had keygens for most programs thats the best thing for you to do.
