virus issue (Conflicker )

Hi all i am using , windows xp profesional , since ist of April i am getting pop up's for a worm called as , confilcker , i have updated my antivirus but i am still getting same issue , need help.

I would have to agree, sounds like a reinstall is definitely in need here. Just to reinforce what Bodaggit said, make sure you back up your pictures, musics, and any other important documents on your PC.
