I recently had to upload a paper online that was saved onto my flash drive. I guess my flash had a virus and now the computer(my friends) is infected with a program that will not stop popping up called Antimalware Doctor. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Please post the fresh logs when you can. Make sure Malwarebytes if fully updated before running.

What you need to do is install MAlwarebytes and Superantyspyware and update both and scan with them. THey will find the virus.
Best way to do is to go to safe mode and scan from there. That way the virus wont be active, makes it easier to delete. I have dealt with that kind of viruses many times. You should be fine if you follow my steps.
