Help! (the print screen here) i was surfing the net looking for facebook Quizzes and this Dialogue came up, i know its rogue software trying to be saved. I clicked "cancel" on the dialogue and managed to navigate away from the page, am i safe???

how did you know that? im suprised you didnt see whats next to restart router

if your really uncertain go to google and look up onecare live, its a Microsoft protection/error/regerror/virus scan its really nice i use it alot... it takes ALOT of time though i left it on while i slept. You need to use it on internet explorer..

You would be surprised how many people would go ahead and install that.
You should be fine, but as Drenlin suggested, install Malwarebytes.
Another good one is Superantispyware.
Both are free.
