I need some help. I have McAfee on my computer, but I have picked up some kind of bug that says"Secruity System has detected spyware infection"

It lights up every 30 seconds or so and of course they want you to buy some kind of spyware tools.

I have run a scan on the McAfee and it doesn't show up anything.

This so called secruity system has placed an icon on my tool bar that is a red shield with a cross on it.

How do I delete it or get rid of it.

There's a security section here and a "sticky" here explaining what programs you have to run to create the logs needed when making the new thread.

McAFee won't pick it up as it's most probably Malware
