virus

My friend got a virus and im trying to fix it. I already restored his system but when i boot it, the system restarts again and again and wont reach windows fer sum reason idk i gave up. Any ideas?

My friend had a problem somewhat like that. I booted windows from the floppy drive and used a boot floppy to partition his drive. Then after his whole computer was 100% naked, I installed windows again.
