Visio but no Visio

so i was installing ofice 2007 on my home pc and i selected Visio in the setup


but when all is done, there's no Visio to use


i've browse in office12 but i don't see anything. Is this a problem with my office type ? (Enterprise) or is this normal ?
might as well go back to 2003

damn it guess it doesn't even have Visio, according to Microsoft.com

not even office Ultimate has visio.Seems all the office version doesn't have visio

what the hell ?
can someone explain this ?
