visiontek(sp) ti4600 problems

Ive been playing CS:S and Guild Wars just fine a week ago however after ive updated the new video driver everytime when i start guild wars i would see tiny triangles with very vibrant colors floating around and then after about 2 secs the screen would refresh its frame approx every 10secs. I was really mad (ha) so i burned all my files on DVDs and reformatted the entire thing.

Ive just finished updating everything(sp2, all the windows updates, directx9.0c, including the new nvidia driver) and i still see those triangles.


I think its the new driver's problem. what do you guys think? and also.. where can i find old versions of the ti4600 driver?



maybe i should just get a dell and a new video card... sigh

try rolling back to an older driver, if you can use an official nvidia one.

you might even want to try updating your motherboard drivers

If you go to www.nvidia.com you can download older drivers.
http://nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Also if you did not remove the previous drivers you had on before installing the newer drivers you will get problems like your describing.
