Vista 32 or 64

So I am in the market to upgrade from XP to Vista. I have 2 questions:

1.) I have a very up to date computer, do you recommend me to go with Vista 32 or Vista 64? Pros and Cons

2.) If I buy Vista Ultimate, I have 2 home computers, can I install it on both of them?

How much ram do you have in your computer???

Also i recommend 64bit because everything is compatible and it will recognize 4GB of ram.

I have 2 gigs of ocz ram 2.3.2.5 with an opteron 185 oc'd at 2.93. 8800gt 512 card. If need be I could get more RAM, but it boils down to if 2 vs 4 gigs will make much if any difference.
