vista 64 bit business?

I can get a free copy of vista 64-bit through my university, but for some reason only the business version.

I use my computer for everything including course related software like MATLAB, Solidworks, Proteus, Labview, as well as music, videos, pics, microsoft office, internet browsing, and some gaming. Will this be a suitable operating system to run? I'm not going to need any special networking options, but I don't want to miss out on much else for what I use it for (e.g. important media functions).

What do you reckon?
 
Vista Business is a solid OS and since it's free that's a plus. I also am in a program where I can get free stuff from MS through my college! The only thing it seemingly lacks that I like is Media Center I believe. Take a look at a comparison chart of Vista versions here.
