Vista and Firefox

I have firefox but when some pages load up e.g. Google the page will jolt up and down rapidly. Whats up with that? I have all the latest firefox and latest video drivers.

I'm stuck, help me!
 
This happened to me randomly when I was on vista, It used to happen on XP too, I remember I created a thread about that long time ago if you search around you might find it, but I don't remember what was the solution.
 
I was just on another similar thread where the page is shown bouncing in a video someone uploaded to youtube.com. Even with the Classic Windows theme the pages will bounce at times. This is seen here in IE 7 and Firefox when used at times but not constant. When a page is sitting idle for a good period of time that's when you start seeing the page bounce.
