When I installed avast, it wouldnt let me open ff or ie.
Whats a good antivirus that works with vista and will open ff and ie, and 24/7 protection, and that is good?

And I try to install Ccleaner on the vista computer, and it freezes.

avg antivirus works fine on vista

Both AVG and CCleaner run fine on Vista as well as RegCleaner. If you are seeing problems installing or running CCleaner or Avast try disabling the Windows firewall and User Account Control feature or other protection to see if those are in conflict. You may need a freah download of CCleaner if your present copy was incomplete. AVG is better then Avast for various reasons.
