Vista booting slow after installing into new case

Hi all, I installed my PC to the NZXT Whisper case, and since doing that, my computer is taking 6 minutes to boot. (Previously it was 20 seconds tops). Does anyone know the cause for it, or what is going on? Once its booted, its perfectly fine and there are no speed differences. Its really confusing me, ive tried everything now. System restore "fails" because of an unknown error too. I am using the same SATA ports as I used to use when it was all hooked up into my old case. I really can not figure this one out.

WOW werid problem um top off my head maybe somthings shorting on the case??? check to see if anythings touching um check the insalation on the wires. Check the settings to mkake sure ur not booting anything you dont need. not sure what else it could be??
