vista compatibility

I have just upgraded my parents pc and i am going to buy vista home premium for it, but will games and applications that i use still work?

Or is there a list of known working and unworking games and apps?

I use this:

It is great and also tells your of any known compatibility problems.

I can't think of any games off the top of my head that won't work with Vista, i don't even think there is any!
