Okay so heres the thing
i want to get vista
but i dont know if it would work well on my computer
while multi-tasking alot

my specs are

evga 680i se (tr edition) mobo
C2D e6750 (stock speeds)
evga 8800gts 640mb
2 gigs of crucial ballistix pc2-6400 ram

and just a few questions about vista

1.are most hardware compatibility issues with NEW hardware solved?
2. will the 32 bit edition work well with most older software
and
3. Is it better to get an OEM edition for a cheaper price or just shell out and get the actual upgrade? and if not, are there any downsides to the OEM edition?
