Vista Features ?!?

Ok so i upgraded to Vista... but i dont see the 3d windows/menus (aero program)... like advertised on the package... i know its not a huge deal but how do i access them ? Because honestly without them it lookss basically like XP...

trying right clicking your desktop and selecting appearance or customize(I forget which)it should bring up a window with several options look for the option about transparency or the appearance(you'll see the picture of the windows look)make sure that the transparent feature is enabled, f you're working with a high resolution you may not be able to use because of your onboard graphics


to do a 3d flip and see all of your open windows just press your windows key+tab
 
First, do you have Windows Vista Home Basic? If you do, that doesnt have Aero.

Secondly, im not sure if the express200 is DX9 or not, if its not, then thats your problem.
