hi,
I have had Vista for over a month now and i still have not been able to create a new account. I can use my default(admin) account perfectly fine, i can even create a new account fine but when ever i try to login to the new account it just stays at a light blue screen. When i go into task manager there are only 4 process running and the skin it set to old windows95. I thought i just had to wait but i kept it on all night and nothing changed. Anyone know whats wrong?
thanx,

Are there any hardware conflicts? Doesn't Vista let you create another account when you set it up for the first time?
